25 years of experience in Education with master of leadership and curriculum and bachelor degree in Education. Taught all grade levels in many schools. Became an AVID coordinator last year. Created many PDs for teachers on how to differentiate instruction using and implementing AVID high level of thinking in daily lesson plans.
