About Ben
For the past ten years I have taught English to children and adults in China, Turkey, Australia, all over Europe and South America, online and in the classroom, privately , in schools and in large organizations.
Traveling around the world, I have learned to speak Spanish and Turkish fluently, and French at an intermediate level (so far!). I know how frustrating it can be trying to learn a language. I also know how nice it can be!
I have a bachelor's degree in English and a CELTA certificate for teaching English. Most importantly, I have a deep fascination with languages and communication, and a passion for learning. I love teaching and I always have fun in class - you will too!

Are you ready to take your English to the next level?
Using a system I've developed over my 10+ year career, we'll design a program to suit your needs, learn the vocabulary you want to know, and master the grammar you've always wondered about. And we'll have fun doing it.
Whether you want to learn for an exam, for work, for study, for travel, for singing and performing, or just for your own interest, I can help you. I focus on creating a fun, interesting, supportive class where you feel relaxed, confident and eager to practice.
During our first lesson together, we'll discuss your interests, assess your level, and decide on some real, measurable goals - you'll feel the progress!
Classes can include more exercises or more natural conversation, more or less grammar theory, more or less accent correction, depending on your preference! I have experience preparing students for TOEFL and other exams, as well as business, academic and conversational English.
Having learned three foreign languages myself, I'll also show you the best techniques for learning ANY language, so soon you won't need to take lessons. You will be able to teach yourself!
