About Avanti
I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years and have represented at the national level in yoga. I have completed M.A. Yogashastra (result awaited) and have undergone formal training in yoga teaching and practice.
I have experience conducting yoga sessions for school children, individuals seeking general fitness and wellness, and people facing challenges such as stress, depression, and autism, with sessions tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
My teaching focuses on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and creating a safe and supportive environment where students can progress at their own pace
