About Angeline
My name is Angeline, but I go by Lily. I am 16 years old, I am a dedicated combat sports athlete, wrestler, and BJJ blue belt with a passion for helping others improve their skills and confidence. I am a 2x National Champion and have placed 2nd at Worlds while representing Team USA. I teach boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing to beginners and experienced athletes, focusing on technique, discipline, conditioning, and individual goals. Combat sports are more than just a sport to me, they have taught me discipline, confidence, perseverance, and so much more. I want to share the love and passion I have for combat sports with others and help students discover what the sport can mean to them while becoming stronger and more confident along the way.

My goal is to help students build strong fundamentals, confidence, and real combat-sports skills in a safe and supportive environment. I teach through hands-on instruction, demonstrations, repetition, and personalized feedback based on each student’s experience and goals. A typical lesson starts with a warm-up and movement drills, followed by technique instruction, pad work, and controlled practice. Depending on the student’s level, we can focus on boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing and wrestling drills if interested, defense, footwork, conditioning, or competition preparation. What sets me apart is my competitive experience. I am a 2x National Champion and have placed 2nd at Worlds while representing Team USA. I'm also a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and a state participant in wrestling who does out-of-state competitions. I use what I have learned through competition and training to help students understand not just how to perform techniques, but when and why to use them. Lessons are available for beginners, youth, and adults who want to take everything to the next level, build their confidence, and be thrilled. Whether you are completely new to combat sports, looking to improve your technique, or preparing for competition, I will adjust each lesson to your individual level and goals.
