About Natalie
I have been a certified personal trainer now for 8 years. I was doing hair before I decided to switch careers, as someone who didn’t like working out before I grew to love the internal benefits ( better mood, more energy, less stress) and found that’s more motivating than external factors ( looking good for a vacation). I love watching my clients grow into more confident versions of themselves and moving better through their daily lives. I have experience with all ages youngest 14 and oldest 80.
