About Veronica
I was one that once struggled a lot with mental health. I was prescribed with a lot of medication and I overall didn’t like the side effects from it and how it made me feel. I turned to creating a healthy lifestyle and working on my own health and I was eventually able to get off those medications and I feel better than ever.

I teach a lot about Health and Nutrition and just overall wellness in general. I think it is important to have a healthy lifestyle not only for the physical aspect but the mental aspect as well. I go over goal setting and how to break those down into habits to achieve those goals. We go over healthy eating habit, working out, stress and time management, self care, and other aspects of your well being.
