About Noah
I started my journey in nutrition coaching by teaching myself how to create balanced diets that fit my lifestyle and helped push me towards feeling more energetic while meeting my fitness goals. Ultimately I studied for a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to enhance my knowledge base.

My teaching approach centers on making nutritional changes for the client that will have a long lasting effect. Not every strategy works for every person, and everyone has a different body. Feeling good or meeting an aesthetic goal do not have to coincide with one another, and I make sure to emphasize a non-eurocentric approach to nutrition.
