My name is Sam, I am from London and I study Politics and International Relations at Exeter. At university I am a member of the have become a member of societies such as the Politics Society and play American Football..I am a History and Politics Tutor, for both GCSE and A Level. History and Politics fascinate me as they help provide an understanding of how our country and world has come to be, through war, invention, winners and losers. Having previously taken both at A Level, I saw the benefit a tutor can bring in helping me structure my essays and write what the examiners will award marks for. This allowed me to go into the exams more calmly and confidently, knowing what was expected of me and how to perform at my best. I also found the skills I learnt from my tutor to be transferable in writing my personal statement to apply to university, I was able to clearly demonstrate to the administrator that I was passionate about Politics and my achievements, to get into my favourite university. I wish to help others go on to achieve amazing results and go to their desired Sixth Form or University.
