I had the opportunity of tutoring english, business studies and economics. My 2 years experience as a tutor has taught me that, being a tutor is not just transmitting knowledge but it also about allowing students to detect their full potential. My philosophy for teaching without in-person interaction does not differ from my overall teaching philosophy, but I believe the online environment provides additional challenges for the student and the instructor.So it will be important to be present as a teacher to promote an effective learning community. And it will be my absolute pleasure to foster an environment where students can reach their greatest potential in a classroom that is secure within a loving and a fun environment where kids are free to express themselves, thrive and lastly grow. I normally use visuals such as charts, graphics, video and flash cards to teach kids so that they can understand.
