About Judith
My name is Judith P Alvarado. I am an Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach (graduate of IIN) and an International Certified Health Coach. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Human Services and Early Education Development. I have more than fifteen years of experience helping people and families from various backgrounds and cultures in different fields. During my years as a counselor, I learned that my clients suffered not only from emotional problems but also from physical ones. I saw the connection between the two and knew I could help them with both. My mission is to help people understand how their bodies work and listen to them, which is vitally important. My specialty is healing their microbiome, which is the gateway that allows a health condition to develop in the body. Understanding this and the root cause of dysbiosis is the path to healing. I am very excited that you are part of this class, and that you are taking the steps to take control of your health.
