About Catalina
Hello, my name is Catalina Gallardo and I have a BD in education. English as a second language (ESL). I was an assistant to a teacher who teaches the English course for business. I had to replace her in class a couple of times. I also gave private lessons inside the University Language Coordination, but I also gave private lessons outside the university. I am currently studying tourism, keeping myself constantly studying English, communications and new languages.

My teaching method is based on a very interactive class, full of motivation and interest in truly learning a language. I like to teach my students to use the language more than just learn everything by heart. I always try to motivate them to speak, to not be afraid of speaking their minds, to not be scared of mistakes. I'm currently just teaching by online classes, due to the covid19 situation.
