Hi, My name is Alex. I teach Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Meditation. I have been studying the practices for ten years. My lessons cover forms, the breath, theories and philosophies. The disciplines have been a great tool to help maintain my physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well-being. In 2020 I began assisting my teacher at the Mei Quan academy - after years of solitary practice I gained certification via Qi Gong Awareness. I aim to create a space for the learner to grow internally, refind personal balance, experience stillness, and to feel more grounded and energised.
