About Yantra
I was exposed to Yoga at its source in India 5 years ago. I am finishing my Doctorate in Yoga from SVYASA University and I have 2 years of experience in a holistic clinic where Yoga is practiced as a form of therapy. The focus is on the physical, mental and spiritual development of the individual. I also have a deep knowledge of Yoga philosophies with learning the ancient tests of Yoga.

Beginning with Pranayama (physical exercise), the energy of the Chakras is released. Then we move on to Mindfulness Stretch and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). Depending on the level of the student, we go on to Asana (postures) intermediate or advanced. We end with a relaxation session and Yoga Nidra. There are also special Stress Management sessions and classes for children.
