About Sheña Claire
I believe that learning goes beyond teaching a language it also involves developing respect, discipline, and good classroom behavior. My classes are fun, interactive, and engaging, but they also have clear rules and boundaries to create a positive learning environment.
To help students understand classroom expectations, I use simple hand gestures and visual cues. For example, when I make a specific hand signal, students know it's time to be quiet and focus. They are also encouraged to raise their hands before answering and to listen respectfully when someone else is speaking.
I understand that students may not learn these routines immediately, so I introduce them with patience and consistency. These visual and interactive cues help students participate actively while learning the importance of respect, discipline, and cooperation. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
