About Kayla
I am Kayla Sharp, a student at Southwestern and will be obtaining a 4-year college degree in music. I have experience with classical guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, both strumming chords, and sight reading music notation. I have not taught any students music yet but I do work with students in an after school chess program where I teach them chess, I wish to teach the students something I am passionate about which is the guitar.

My teaching method is to learn what the student wishes to master and help them achieve all of their goals. I am very meticulous and will not only have the student learn what they want but they will have fun. I can teach music theory, chordal harmony, even improvisation, and scales.
