About Denali
Hello! My name is Denali, and I am a Social Work student at the University of Texas at Arlington with a lifelong passion for musical theatre, education, and helping young people grow in confidence. Throughout high school, I served as both Vice President and President of my Drama Club, led student activities, and earned recognition as a Broadway Dallas High School Musical Theatre Awards Outstanding Featured Performer.
In addition to performing, I have experience teaching musical theatre to children and working with students in a supportive, encouraging environment. I believe every student deserves a teacher who is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping them succeed at their own pace.
My lessons focus on building confidence, creativity, and strong performance skills while making learning enjoyable. Whether your student is preparing for an audition, exploring musical theatre for the first time, or looking to strengthen their singing and acting abilities, I strive to create a positive space where they feel comfortable taking risks, learning, and growing.
I am reliable, organized, and passionate about helping students discover their potential both on and off the stage. I look forward to helping each student develop the skills and confidence needed to shine.

My teaching approach is centered on building confidence, creativity, and strong foundational skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. As a musical theatre instructor and award-winning performer, I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to each student's age, experience level, and goals.
A typical lesson may include vocal warm-ups, breathing and projection exercises, acting techniques, character development, performance practice, and feedback. For students preparing for auditions, I can also help with song selection, audition etiquette, and stage presence. Younger students can expect engaging, age-appropriate activities that make learning fun while developing important performance skills.
What sets me apart is my background in musical theatre leadership, performance, and teaching. I have experience working with children and helping young performers grow both their skills and their self-confidence. My goal is not only to improve a student's singing and acting abilities but also to help them become comfortable expressing themselves on stage and in everyday life.
Lessons are ideal for beginner and intermediate students, children, and young performers interested in musical theatre, singing, acting, audition preparation, and performance skills. Whether a student is stepping onto the stage for the first time or looking to strengthen existing abilities, I strive to create a positive learning experience that encourages growth and success.
