About Jeremy
Having worked with a variety of composers/musicians including Brian Higgins, Jake Roche (Rixton) and Ibibio Soundmachine, my experience primarily spans the genres of Neo-soul, Jazz, Blues and Rock. However, I have proven myself more than capable across the stylistic board.
My teaching philosophy is simple: making music should be fun! Whether you’re a beginner picking up the guitar for the first time or an intermediate player looking to level up, my engaging and exciting approach will have you reaching those goals in a creative, fun and informative environment.

In my lessons, I want to help students achieve their goals in an exciting and engaging environment. I like to plan my lessons around both the long-term and short-term goals of the student. Perhaps a long-term goal of getting to a level on their instrument where they feel confident enough to perform live, with the short-term goal of being able to play a particular song.
My students have a choice as to whether they would like to learn theory alongside their instrument. Should music theory be of interest I like to keep the subject engaging and learn as we play.
I teach all ages and abilities with lessons typically being 1 hour long however this can be flexible should it not work with a student's timetable. I am DBS checked.
