About Helene
I am a music therapist and a singer. I was into music since my childhood. History of music, singing, playing instruments, sight reading, music with computers, organology, ethnomusicology, music to stimulate or to calm, to concentrate or to let go, how you make it, why you make it... name it, I tried and tasted almost everything and taught it as well. I have a bachelor (equivalent) in musicology, a bachelor in music (music therapy) and a masters in fine arts. I am a recording artist with 5 CD albums out and a 6th one in progress and I am a music therapist and choir director.

I teach in the way that I feel would suit the best the student. For some, the more classical way is the best for others it is better to approach the subject "through the back door". With children I always try to make it a fun and positive experience, like this I can count on their enthusiasm and energy. With adults, I go to the essentials very fast and according to the interest I will work further into details and subtleties. With elderly, I adapt the speed of the lesson to their natural inclination and, as much as possible, I tie the new material with their life experience.material to experiences

I highly recommend Helene. I know her for more than twenty years and I have followed her career as a singer, song-writer, musician and music-therapist.
