About Ankia
I am a music teacher based in the Western Cape and have been giving private lessons since 2015. My highest qualification in music is a master's degree in music technology which I completed at Stellenboch University. I am also an accredited music teacher at UNISA.

My teaching method varies, but I prefer the Suzuki method for string instruments. The principles of Suzuki are that learners should start developing their music skills early in life through listening, constant repetition and learning with other children. This goes hand in hand with encouragement from the teacher and parental support.
