About Tobias
I have played music productions for various clients such as Nike, Snapchat and Desperados through the multimedia company MediaMonks. This enables me to apply many different music styles within music productions. Nowadays I have my own company in making games (Tweetal Studios), and I do all the music and sounds for this in addition to game design itself. With my current project, Crimson Resonance, I won the 'Best Audio Award' during the international game fair Reboot Develop Blue in Croatia. So if you have questions about game design or audio for games; that is possible too!

Ha! My name is Tobias and I teach my lessons in an informal way based on question and answer. First we will look at which direction you want to go and where you stand in terms of knowledge. Next we will step through Ableton in which I measure the tempo and level with you constantly. Together we go through the processes that are necessary to create a great production, such as: workflow, structure, compression, sound design, mixing and mastering and dealing with acoustics (to name just a few). During my lessons I keep a living document in which the discussed material will be included. You can view this at all times so that when you are creatively tinkering at home, you are inhibited as little as possible! In addition, we will of course just play nice productions where I occasionally give you an assignment and eventually a complete song is put down! Logically, the duration of a lesson is in consultation, but from experience one and a half to two hours is a good length with a view to processing newly collected material. When we are done (and in case we did the lesson at my house) we can of course check your creation in full on my Yamaha HS80m's! It is important to mention that I only work in Ableton Live 10. I normally teach from home, but I can also visit you if you live within a radius of 3 km. Lessons through Zoom (online) is also an option. My first 'lesson' is a free introductory lesson where we look together at the desired direction, etc. Here we have approx. It takes 30 minutes. Perfect! Inmiddels aardig wat lessen gehad met Tobias en ik heb enorm veel geleerd. Hij legt alles duidelijk en rustig uit. Alles wat in de les wordt besproken, wordt bijgehouden in een document, zodat je later weer even kunt kijken hoe het ook alweer zat. Al met al erg tevreden en zeker een aanrader.
