Otto is a well experienced DJ/producer, Really easy to talk to and always full of surprises in knowledge of DJing!

Otto is an incredibly talented DJ/producer and an amazing teacher - in my first hour lesson alone, he covered the basics of setting up professional DJ equipment, Rekordbox software tutorial, fundamentals of music theory, technical aspects of the Pioneer CDJs and mixer technology, beat-matching and key-matching, harmonic mixing, and I was able to mix a few tracks by the end of the hour! I was thoroughly inspired by my first lesson and that night purchased equipment that he recommended (he also offered to help me set it up in my home). I cannot recommend Otto enough - if you are contemplating learning how to spin or produce music, book a lesson with him asap! It has been truly a pleasure and honor working with him, and I can't wait for my next session :)

Ottos teaching style is exactly what I was hoping for. He is patient and explains everything in an easy way to help me learn and understand new techniques. Before I found Otto, I did a lot of research to find a suitable DJ instructor for myself that would help me really learn the skills and have one on one sessions and I can honestly say that Otto is one of the best teachers I have had. Being a young professional but also knowing how to teach is not easy and not everyone can do it, but Otto does it effortlessly. Not only is he a great DJ and musician himself, but he has really grasped an effective way of teaching DJ-ing to students. He gives so much time to his students and will always make time to help out his students whenever he can. I’ve only had a few classes with him so far but I have learnt so much from him in this short period of time and am excited to keep learning from him. He really pays attention to his students and puts a lot of care into his teaching methods, always asks if there’s anything specific that a student wants to learn on top of all the skills he teaches. I would 10/10 recommend getting lessons from him as I have not found another DJ instructor that gives so much time, patience and effort to see his students succeed.

I started out knowing almost nothing about DJing, and Otto completely changed that. He’s an awesome teacher, very skilled, smart, and genuinely passionate about what he does.
