Gessael es un gran maestro porque enseña con el ejemplo. Su ejecución el la flauta traversa es impecable pues es consciente de cada aspecto que hacen a un buen flautista y sabe transmitirlo a sus alumnos. Además, su formación musical es muy amplia, ha participando en escuelas y festivales internacionales así como en diversas orquestas reconocidas. Es un gran ser humano y sus clases son muy amenas.
