About Ira

Record company executive, producer, writer, arranger, singer, musician (40 instruments), performer, teacher, mentor.
Bachelor's degree Business Administration
Master's degree in Education
Ph.D. Philosophy of Music
Dissertation "Identifying The Musically Gifted"
15 years classroom choir and instrumental music
35 years professional musician/performer
recording artist who sings, writes and plays all instruments on my recordings
I've been teaching since I was 12 years old and my students are very successful. I can say I have more performers, writers, conductors, band directors, IRS certified Instrument Appraisers and artist than anyone in Orange County, Ca. Since 1972

About the lesson

My methodology is simple, I start with what student understands. Since every element of music is sequential it makes it easy to start connecting other elements into longer passages of progression, rhythm and melody.

Dr. I. Raibon is incredibly passionate about music. His skill matches his passion and his enthusiasm fosters his students love of music! He taught both of my kids weekly for years to become the music kids that God created them to be. His influence will remain with them throughout their lives. Thank you Ira!

Dr. I is the reason I decided to pursue music as a career. Not only did he provide me with the musical and business knowledge needed in a professional setting, he was also a caring and nurturing mentor. His wisdom as an industry veteran is on point. His ability to help you realize your full potential is invaluable.

I always practiced guitar after our lessons. You made me really good with technique. It was a great escape. The piano helped a lot in college. Thankyou.
