About Maren
Hello! My name is Maren and I am originally from the United States. I moved to the UK in 2019 for university and have am just finishing up my final year at the University of Manchester. My favorite thing in the world is music and I want to inspire that love in others. I can't wait to connect with students and start learning together!

I offer lessons between 40 and 90 minutes for beginners up to grade 8 standard. (Ages of child to 22)
I have experience in teaching voice, piano, and music theory lessons to a variety of age groups.
I focus on foundational technique and believe students should always have a choice in the repertoire they play. You should always enjoy the music you make!
I like to include basic music theory in my voice and piano lessons to provide students with an understanding of a music should they want to go on to study in school.
