About Kathy
Do you ever find yourself struggling to get your recorded ideas to sound professional? I spent 3 years developing my workflow as a music producer to help aspiring artists and bedroom producers bridge the gap between rough demos and finished tracks. My academic foundation at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music provides the technical backbone for my teaching style.
I have spent 3 years writing and recording to ensure I can support students at every skill level. Whether you are a teen or a career switcher, I focus on building clear systems for your creative process.
I enjoy teaching students how to manage gain staging and automation with confidence. Tracking vocals and managing signal flow should feel like second nature rather than a technical chore. This structured approach helps you build tracks that are truly ready for release. I spend my own time creating new sounds and finding inspiration in the studio.
