About Deanna
I am a music/choir teacher and enjoy spending time with, getting to know, and teaching children of all ages. I like to build a strong working relationship with my students' parents and gain the trust of both the student and their guardian(s).

My teaching method is to discover the vocal range of each student, teach them the basic fundamentals of singing (pitch, dynamics, color/blending, and the 4 voices), and if they do not read music yet, teach them about notes, the staff, and how to read notes on the staff,, and then assign them a song to learn, guiding them through that learning process.
