This yoga balance and strengthens the nervous, glandular and immune system, works on the digestive system and promotes relaxation of the body and muscle tone. Also known as yoga, nervous energy, it affects the mental balance, enables better management of emotions and develops optimism and joie de vivre. The courses are open to all who wish to rediscover their body from the breath, breathing and connect to their spirituality. Courses are offered in groups or individually. A course consists of a phase of postures combined with breathing relaxation and meditation sung mantras (sacred sounds).
