About Sasha
Hi, my name is Sasha and I will be your Figma tutor. I believe that the best way to learn is a hands-on approach with expert guidance and industry experience. I have been a multidisciplinary designer for 15 years, working in branding, web design, UI design, motion graphics, etc. I have also worked in multiple different industries along with different sized companies - from start-ups to major branding conglomerates. I believe that it is important for us experienced designers to support up-and-coming colleagues and have a world with better design.

Mastering basic UI Design with Figma: A Hands-On & Interactive Course What I Teach This course is designed to introduce students (ages 15-18) to UI design and prototyping using Figma. Over three months, we’ll cover everything from Figma fundamentals to prototyping interactive designs and creating a portfolio-ready project. Key topics include: Figma Interface & Tools – Understanding frames, layers, components, and design elements UI Design Principles – Typography, colour theory, layouts, and responsive design Prototyping & Interaction – Creating clickable prototypes with animations and transitions Real-World Application – Working on a full project and building a portfolio Students will learn by doing—instead of just theory, they’ll work on interactive projects every step of the way.
