About Romina
As a multidisciplinary designer, I'm passionate about empowering students to discover and develop their creative potential. I believe that great design combines technical skill with thoughtful problem-solving, and my teaching reflects this balance. My experience spans both digital tools (Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, Rhinoceros 3D) and traditional mediums (painting, sculpting, sketching, model making), giving me a comprehensive perspective to share with students. This allows me to help students find their mediums and approaches that resonate most with their goals. What drives me as a tutor is witnessing that moment when a concept clicks—when a student moves from uncertainty to confidence. I'm committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, make mistakes, and grow. Whether they're looking to build foundational skills, prepare for a design program, or advance existing abilities, I'm here to guide students through each step of their creative journey.

My teaching methodology centers on identifying and providing support where you need it most—strengthening weak points while nurturing your existing strengths. I believe in building both technical proficiency and creative thinking, ensuring students develop not just skills, but an artistic mindset. A typical lesson plan is structured in 4 pieces; each session is structured to maximize learning and retention.
Lesson Structure:
Warm-up activities: Short exercises to get your creative mind flowing
Interactive technical lessons: Hands-on instruction covering fundamentals and advanced techniques
Practice and application: Working with materials and concepts covered, with guidance and feedback
Review materials: Take-home exercises to reinforce what you've learned.
Lessons are available for all levels—from complete beginners exploring design for the first time to advanced students refining their craft. My multidisciplinary background allows me to teach across both digital and analog mediums, helping student see the connections between different tools and approaches. Lessons are adapted to students individual pace and goals, ensuring they walk away with a strong foundation, technical understanding, and confidence in their abilities.
