Multi-talented, warm and positive postgrad devoted to books!

Huw managed to bring this subject to life in my son’s eyes. My son was struggling to understand the subject and had a mountain to climb to get through the GCSE material. Huw was recommended by a friend whose daughter he also taught. I found Huw to be committed, attentive, flexible, effective and most of all he engaged with my son and got the best out if him. I have no doubt if he had Huw for longer he would have achieved a much higher grade.

Having witnessed Huw prepare for his tutoring sessions, I can attest to his commitment! Huw is also extremely creative – with an impressive skillset in carving, drawing, song-writing, cross-stitching, printmaking, gardening, and of course, guitar. Regardless of what he teaches you, his creativity is an asset; if you are struggling to understand or remember something, Huw will surely find a way to help it stick!

Last winter I contacted Huw through Nextdoor as he was offering tutition. I homeschool my 8 year old daughter while running a business and therefore needed some help.
He arrived in time and has several times given her lessons in various subject, including maths.
