About Simona

The practice of yoga helped me to rediscover a part of me that was trapped between pride, wounds, defeats, disappointments and fears. I then decided I wanted to know more and that's how I started studying to become a teacher and found myself in a new world, I managed to refocus myself, to align myself with the real Simona. Obviously, to get to Samadhi the road is still long and winding but I have decided that I would like to help other people who have found themselves in my situation to find themselves, rediscover themselves, respect and respect and love and love each other! ️

About the lesson

We will work at 360 degrees: first of all we will learn to listen to our body, to understand our limits, where we can push and where we must stop.
We will explore together asanas (positions) that help to unblock the chakras and we will work on an inner path aimed at listening to our ego. We will know the great power of meditation and breathing.

Penso che Simona sia splendida. Mi sono avvicinata allo Yoga solo l’anno scorso, non l’avevo mai considerato prima ma devo dire che mi ha davvero piacevolmente sorpreso. E come per tutte le cose, sicuramente l’insegnante ha avuto un peso decisivo in tutto ciò. Io mi trovo davvero bene, mi rilassa tantissimo il modo in cui conduce le lezioni.
