My level of irish has improved significantly since I started my grind with Saoirse. She explains things very well, she is organised and is good at assessing what I need to work on. She knows the exam curriculum in detail and gives advice on exam technique that you don't find in school. I would highly recommend Saoirse.

I started grinds with Saoirse when I was halfway through 5th year and stayed with her the whole way to the Leaving Cert. I struggled a lot in Irish averaging a H7/H6 in every test I did. Over the year and a half my Irish improved so much I ended up with a H2 in my Leaving Cert. Each lesson was exam focused and structured in a way that I didn’t have to learn reams of notes off and I was actually able to learn Irish as we went along. I would highly recommend Saoirse as a grinds Teacher, she motivated and supported me the whole way through and I have no doubt her in depth knowledge of the course aided my overall grade greatly.

I took lessons with Saoirse to prepare for my Leaving Cert Irish Oral Exam. I really enjoyed the lessons and went into the exam feeling confident. Saoirse has in-depth experience of the Leaving Cert system and also gave me advice for the written exam. She was very friendly and hugely helpful, and I would strongly recommend her as a tutor!
