About Sreeya
With an academic background in M.Com and Accounts, and a postgraduate degree M.Sc in Yoga and Geriatric Counseling, I bring years of experience as a school yoga teacher and wellness coach. Also a teaching faculty at Patanjali Yoga and Research Centre,
Muvattupuzha. My own recovery from scoliosis and other health conditions through yoga inspires my therapeutic teaching approach.

1. Warm-up & Loosening Exercises
Begin with gentle loosening exercises like joint rotations, stretching, and light movements such as jumping jacks. This prepares the body and prevents injury.
2. Yoga Practices
Based on your health condition, goals, and preferences, we move into customized yoga postures. If you have any specific health concerns or diseases, the practice will be tailored accordingly.
3. Pranayama & Meditation
We include guided breathing techniques and meditation practices to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
4. Relaxation
We end with a guided relaxation practice to bring balance to both body and mind and complete the session.
You can choose daily classes or alternate-day classes based on your convenience.
Duration: 1 hour per session
