For the last two years I’ve been running a business as a performance coach, so I have extensive experience in supporting individuals to identify exactly what they want to achieve, what is holding them back and how to move forward to achieve their goals.

She goes beyond simple information and helped with strategies to develop a deeper understanding of myself and how I work best.
