For my swimming I use games-based learning approaches. From my previous teaching methods I tend to use a variety from videos, to worksheets to dictation, textbooks and group activities. I also think progress reports so testing on each smaller module is more beneficial, with questions and answers from students a great way to learn.

Holly has really taught me to understand the basics of sports psychology and has taught me some great cognitive behavioural strategies to make me understand my training plan more.
I met Holly while working for an education group and would highly recommend her as a tutor. She is not only hugely knowledgeable in Sports Psychology, but takes great pride in seeing others fulfil their potential in both confidence and ability. She is approachable, engaging and well prepared, and has a fantastic ability to make complex subject areas interesting, clear and understandable. I would recommend her as a trustworthy tutor.
Known Holly for a while and have have previously been taught by her, amazingly patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to ensure I understood everything. If you're looking for a tutor that's gentle in their approach but also hold you accountable then I would highly recommend Holly!!!
