About Shenay
I am a 23 year old graduate that has a passion for all things science. All of my education has specified in science; specifically biology. I have conducted research in genetics and am currently looking for a research role. In my spare time, I keep myself very active and go to the gym. I am also a very sociable person who is very close to their family and friends. Thus, I see them frequently and love to spend time with them. I also read frequently. In my educational life, I now acquire two degrees and am very excited for my future contributions to the scientific field. I feel that the scientific and transferable skills I have attained during the past 4 years will benefit the students I teach and will promote confidence in my ability to teach them to a high standard.

Every student has the ability to do well in whatever they strive to do. They just need somebody to believe they can. The typical length of a lesson is one hour but this can be negotiated if the student needs more time in understanding. The first lesson will focus on the students as individuals. Focusing upon how they learn most effectivity i.e. visually learning. The rest of the lessons will be based upon the students learning targets and this progression will be closely monitored to specify as to what they are finding most difficult. I am very experienced as a tutor and a writer. I have a bachelors degree in Biomedical science and a masters of science degree in molecular genetics. In terms of science, I am highly qualified and feel can offer beneficial knowledge to a student. I can also answer any questions for anyone that would like to follow the science career path. My lessons are for GCSE ages and above.
