About Lainey
I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Chemistry. I specialise in making quantum chemistry concepts accessible and engaging for university students. My lessons focus on atomic and molecular orbitals, bonding theories, and spectroscopic transitions.
I use illustrative models, visualisations, and step-by-step theoretical derivations to simplify complex ideas. Students learn to connect abstract concepts with real chemical behaviour. I have worked with chemistry majors and physical science students, helping them strengthen both understanding and problem-solving skills.
