My name is Pooja Joshi and I am a passionate, driven, enthusiastic and intuitive Teaching Assistant.
I pride myself in being able to accurately and effectively tune into the needs of children in order to bring out their full potential. I have acquired effective skills and possess sound knowledge through my education and over six years of experiences in childcare, and I believe that the environment and strategies I incorporate come from a place of deep understanding, care and compassion. It is my deepest passion to assist children in becoming their best selves. Throughout my career I have successfully worked individually and alongside teachers, parents and schools to devise tailor made programs for children in order to provide effective and ongoing support to children in accordance with the national curriculum. I do however firmly believe that there is more to child care than that. For me it also incorporates intuitive understanding of individuals, including children and parents, which is something that I can confidently say, is a skill that I have developed throughout my life and not just my career.

It would be a privilege to be able to assist your child in reaching their full potential and I look forward to the opportunity to see your loved ones grow.
