About Widad Mouna

I have always been passionate about the French language and its cultural richness. My love for the language began at a young age, and I continued to study it throughout my academic life. This provided me with a solid understanding of French grammar, phonetics, and literature.
After graduating, I worked as a French teacher for the past 12 years. This experience provided me with the opportunity to teach French to students at various levels, from kindergarten to high school. I developed innovative teaching methods to make the learning of French more engaging and interactive for my students. I also enjoy sharing cultural activities with my students to introduce them to the richness of Francophone culture.

A typical language class plan can vary depending on the language being taught, the level of the students, and the duration of the class. However, here is a general outline of a language class plan that I can adapt to your specific needs as your teacher:

Class: [Language] Level [Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced]

Duration: [e.g., 60 minutes]

Objective: e.g., "By the end of this class, students should be able to introduce themselves in [French] and have a basic conversation about their interests."

Class Outline:

1. Warm-up (5 minutes):

Greet the students in the target language.
Ask students about their day or any news.
Engage in a short, casual conversation to get everyone comfortable with using the language.

2. Review (10 minutes):

Review concepts or vocabulary from the previous class.
Use questions, quizzes, or flashcards to reinforce learning.

3. Introduction of New Material (15 minutes):

Present new vocabulary, grammar rules, or language concepts.
Use visuals, examples, and explanations to make the material clear.

4. Practice (20 minutes):

Engage students in activities to practice the new material.
This can include pair or group work, role-playing, or exercises from the textbook.
Encourage students to use the language actively.

5. Listening/Speaking Activity (10 minutes):

Play an audio or video clip in the target language.
Have students listen and then discuss what they heard.
Encourage students to practice pronunciation.

6. Writing Activity (10 minutes):

Assign a short writing task related to the day's lesson.
This could be a paragraph, a dialogue, or answering questions in writing.

7. Review and Homework (5 minutes):

Summarize what was covered in the class.
Assign homework, which could include reading, writing, or practicing exercises from the textbook.
Provide any additional resources or materials for self-study.

8. Closing (5 minutes):

Thank the students for their participation.
Encourage questions or feedback.
Announce the topic for the next class.

I stay flexible and I do adjust the lesson plan as needed based on student progress and questions.
