Cancellation policy

Cancelations made with anticipation will receive refunds as follows:
48-hours or more: 100% refund
48-36 hours: 50% refund
Less than 36 hours: 0% refund

Cancellations must be made via email (preferred) or text.
If you need to cancel or postpone a tutoring appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours prior the appointment time. Cancellations made between 48 and 36 hours will be charged 50% of the total price. If cancellations are made with less than 36 hours of anticipation, the session will be charged 100%.
