About Priyanka
I’m a passionate classical and cinematic dancer, choreographer, and founder of Neelambari, a rhythmic dance collective that blends tradition with expressive storytelling. I hold a Junior Diploma in Mohiniyattam and have been learning and performing for over 15 years. Dance has been my sacred space – a form of healing, strength, and joy – and now, I want to share that journey with others. Through my classes, I aim to create a space where students – no matter their age or background – can connect with their inner grace, body rhythm, and cultural roots.

This beginner-level course is perfect for: Complete beginners (no prior experience needed) Anyone who has a love for Indian classical dance Adults or children (age 7+) interested in learning at a steady, expressive pace 🩰 What You Will Learn: • Basic Adavus (steps) and body posture • Mudras (hand gestures) and their meanings • Facial expressions (Abhinaya) to bring stories alive • Introduction to rhythm (taalam) and music • One short item/performance piece by the end of the course
