LESSON POLICY


BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Lessons are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
After the trial lesson, lessons continue through the purchase of lesson packages (starting from a minimum of 4 lessons), to be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking.
Packages are non-refundable.


PACKAGE VALIDITY

5-lesson package: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
10-lesson package: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase


CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, in line with the platform’s policy.
For better organization, a longer notice is appreciated whenever possible (48 hours for online lessons and 72 hours for in-person lessons).
Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged.


LESSON FORMAT

Online lessons: Zoom / Skype / Google Meet
