M.Sc. Informatics from University of Delhi. Currently, I am working as a software engineer - iOS in the IT industry for the last 7.5 years. Love to teach and share knowledge. Building small reusable components is what I like the most, and open source contributions are love.

About the lesson

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
Apple Developer: Developing iOS, Mac OS, iPad OS, watch OS and TV OS.
Developing a mobile application for Apple Platform is a fantastic journey.You are going to love what we build after going through multiple Development phases.Building Cool animation and transition in App gives thrilling experience.

I developed my interests in Mobile Application when I was in college. I started developing Android Application initially, as I don't have swift programming language experience as we all know we have been taught Java in our Course Curriculum.I joined a Startup company back in 2017, where I got a chance to work on Apple platforms primarily focused on iOS and iPad.
I like Apple the most UX and intuitive design. Learning Swift Programming language is not a big deal if you are familiar with any OOP languages like C++ or Java. Apple docs are amazing about its framework.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
The motivation behind my teaching is my seniors, who taught and guided me at my initial phase of career. Anybody can learn development if guided properly.
So I decided to teach my juniors and guide them. I loved teaching earlier as a Math and Science teacher at my UG.
How does your work help society?
By getting a job, It helps students to start their career.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My role models for my work are my Senior Colleagues, Team Lead and Managers. I learnt taking responsibility from my managers, thinking out of box and problem solving approaches. I learn a lot from wwdc videos and Apple developers and Framework.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Outside teaching, I love listening to music and writing my feelings in the form of ghazal & shayari: https://www.yourquote.in/engineer_sayar . Reading motivational books and doing workout to keep my fit and healthy.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Yes, in my student life I used an unused system as a server in my computer lab to transfer movies among all my batch mates. We all are updated with all movies.
