About Jyotsna
I am a Yoga Instructor and Practitioner from last 3 years. I have done Ministry of Ayush Certification which is the only standard certification recognized by Government of India.
I am giving online group classes from 8 AM to 9 AM.

I give step by step instructions and demonstrations. I also focus on individual health concerns like Thyroid/ PCOD/ Weight Management/ Anxiety/ Depression etc.
I try to develop a personal connection with my students so they open up to me regarding their health concerns.
My yoga session targets body as well as mind as all troubles start from mind.
During the class I also share wisdom from Bhagavada Gita, Patanjali Sutra for personality upliftment of students
