About the lesson

I'm an Mindset Coach helping individuals from all walks of life to reach their goals and dreams.

​I've been supporting, coaching, advising and providing counsel to people since 2020. Whether it's been as a fitness consultant, Life Coach, meditation teacher or martial arts trainer - being able to help and support other people to be more insightful, successful and fulfilled has always been a passion of mine.

Senior Coach in Martial Arts
Qualified Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher
Registered Personal Trainer

I've studied and practised Yoga and mindfulness for over 20 years, as well as completing regular retreats.

My current clients include senior leaders working in sales, recruitment as well as serial entrepreneurs, musicians, artists and leaders within education and the corporate sector.
