My approach is based of off my personal experience with the state of mind, where the one receiving the instructions may openly express their own state of mind freely. With this simple way of relating we can address the way our own body speech and mind are in relation to all things, and develop daily practices to reenforce and encourage the correctly established view. A large part of this approach is choosing our most sustainable state of mind and finding our Internal relationship with other living beings. Through this we transparently work to remove the confusions of self and other.
