About Matteo

I’m Matteo Israel a certified Personal Trainer, former Military Combat Specialist, and Kapap Instructor. My background in military operations and close-combat training taught me precision, discipline, and the importance of mastering both body and mind. After my service, I dedicated myself to helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience through structured, goal-oriented coaching. My sessions combine functional fitness, combat conditioning, and mental focus — designed to develop control, endurance, and self-belief. I work with clients of all backgrounds: professionals managing stress, post-natal clients rebuilding strength, and individuals overcoming periods of low motivation or mental fatigue. Progress, in my view, is forged through consistency, awareness, and the discipline to face discomfort with clarity.
