About Kaitlyn
I am a microbiologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. I worked as a peer tutor all throughout college and was eventually promoted to Tutor Coordinator where I worked teaching tutors to be better tutors. I am level three certified through College Reading and Learning Association(CRLA). I helped hundreds of students throughout college and fell in love with the job. I am known for adapting to my students needs and drawing extensive diagrams on the whiteboard.

I work with students in high school or pursuing an undergraduate degree. Currently I am offering help in general Biology courses, Cell Biology and Physiology. I work by getting to know my students, asking open ended questions, using metaphors to make it relatable and fostering independent learning.
