About Paola
I'm Paola, a mental performance coach with a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Sport Psychology. I've spent over 20 years as a physical education teacher and athletics coach, working with athletes across running, tennis, gymnastics, and team sports — from juniors through to competitive adults.
I'm also a runner myself. I understand what it feels like to know you're capable of more and not be able to access it on competition day. That's why I do this work.

I offer 1:1 sessions tailored to your sport and your specific mental challenges — focus under pressure, pre-competition anxiety, confidence, self-talk, and building routines that hold up when it matters most.
Sessions can take place in person in Adelaide, including at the track or your training venue, or online.
