About Mayank
I am Mayank Arora, Yoga Teacher in INDIA HABITAT CENTRE ,Delhi, India. I have completed my masters in Yoga Science from Uttrakhand University. I am specialist in ashtanga vinyasa flow , pranayama and meditation. i have treated hundred of students facing mental health issues, Examophobia, depression and other disorders in various schools and also served my yoga skills in Indian military and forces to manage stress. currently we are running a community and platform where we are providing mental health counselling. connect to be a part of us, connect with us to free your mind for clarity of thoughts.

yoga is a flow; flow of body mind and soul in one direction .
ashtanga vinyasa flow and hatha yoga combination of series with the help of pranayama train all the three elements.
my designed patterns will help you to be high always with energies , stable your mind and body fluids , and will embed you with a positive aura.
and the yoga is incomplete without the Karma yoga teachings. Last couple of minutes will help you to detoxify your all karma and lead you a better social and emotional life.
my classes contain
15 min flex warm up
40 min flow yoga
15 min pranayama and meditation
15 min karma yoga/ yog nidra
